CoFoundr is a networking app that introduces founders, builders, mentors, and investors to each other. We facilitate introductions only. We are not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser; we do not recommend, solicit, or facilitate any investment or securities transaction, and we take no fee tied to any transaction. Any relationship, agreement, or investment you pursue with someone you meet on CoFoundr is entirely between you and them — do your own diligence.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Members who self-attest accredited-investor status are solely responsible for the accuracy of that attestation; CoFoundr does not verify it.
Provide truthful information and keep your account to yourself. Your profile card is shown to other signed-in members — that's the product. Chat opens only when two members both choose to connect. We may remove content or accounts that misrepresent identity, credentials, or intent.
Use the in-app report and block tools; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
CoFoundr's core features — a daily set of curated cards, matching, chat, and your full profile — are free for all members. CoFoundr Plus is an optional subscription that gives you more cards each day. It is offered in monthly and multi-month terms (currently $9.99 per month, $24.99 per 3 months, or $39.99 per 6 months, in US dollars) and is billed by Apple through the App Store.
Plus renews automatically at the end of each term, at the then-current price, until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. Apple's terms govern billing and refunds. Use "Restore purchases" in the app to restore Plus on a new device. Prices may change with notice.
When three people you invite join CoFoundr, you receive 30 days of Plus at no charge. We may change or end the referral program with notice; Plus already earned is honored.
You own what you post and grant us a license to display it within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.
You can delete your account anytime in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't vouch for any member, match, or outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BZM, LLC's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of organization of BZM, LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
