CoFoundr is an introduction service for startup founders and investors. We facilitate introductions only. We are not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser; we do not recommend, solicit, or facilitate any investment or securities transaction, and we take no fee tied to any transaction. Any relationship, agreement, or investment you pursue with someone you meet on CoFoundr is entirely between you and them — do your own diligence.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Funders who self-attest accredited-investor status are solely responsible for the accuracy of that attestation.
Provide truthful information and keep your account to yourself. Your profile card is shown to other signed-in members — that's the product. We may remove content or accounts that misrepresent identity, credentials, or intent.
Use the in-app report and block tools; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Founder core features are free. Funder Pro is a paid subscription (currently $99/month after a 14-day trial), billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel in your store account settings; store terms govern billing and refunds. Prices may change with notice.
You own what you post and grant us a license to display it within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.
You can delete your account anytime in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't vouch for any member, match, or outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BZM, LLC's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of organization of BZM, LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
